Emma and Karl's wedding

Megan and I had a wonderful time photographing Emma and Karl's elegant 1920's-style wedding last week. Emma and Karl chose Emma's grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary for their wedding date.

In a very moving moment, Emma's grandfather Keith gave her away, while her grandmother Del looked proudly on.

At their reception at Duders of Devonport they had a wonderful 20's band performing, 'Brett's New Internationals'.

Emma and Karl impressed with their Viennese Waltz - one rowdy 'judge' gave them a 10.

Emma and Karl, it was an honour to be part of such a special occasion - may you be, 60 years from now, celebrating your anniversary in the presence of beloved family.

Tamara's photoshoot

Gorgeous Tamara needs photos for modelling/acting so she travelled up from Waihi for her studio shoot. She was styled by hair and make-up artist Nicholette Munday.

Little Family Portrait Session

The forecast was for rain on Saturday afternoon, but we got a stunning, sunny afternoon for our shoot with the Little Family. Frieda and I started the session in the family's garden, then moved down to St Heliers Beach.

Oscar, soon to be six, has the makings of a photographer himself. Here he is taking portraits of his Mum and Dad. It was a golden, fun-filled family afternoon!

Waiting...

Not long now...

till we get to meet this little one.

Vicki, Seth and I had a wonderful afternoon shoot in the studio. Wee bub is due in just a couple of weeks. I'm really looking forward to meeting him and taking his photo. I love taking newborn pictures, it's such an exciting time and it's so fleeting. Thanks guys for being so easy going, you're going to be lovely parents.

Goldsack Family Portrait Session

I had a lovely time photographing the Goldsack Family in the studio.

Sisters Zsabella (3) and Samara (11 months) both have amazingly large, expressive dark eyes - simply stunning to photograph!
